Identify your operating system. For example, <strong>MVS</strong> SP 2.1, and enter it on the<br />

sheet.<br />

Component Identifier<br />

The component identifier for <strong>NetView</strong> <strong>FTP</strong> <strong>V2.2.1</strong> <strong>MVS</strong> is 568510801. Attach the<br />

identifier to the prefix PIDS/. This information is in the COMP ID field of the<br />

symptom record.<br />
