This event is issued upon completion of initialization of the queue handler. It
passes the queue handler startup parameters.

queue after they have been given the status finished (in ho urs,
decimal))
STRSV1...5 (suffixes of automatically started servers, sepa rated by commas)
FSBSLOTS (total and TSO user reserved FSB slots (decimal, separated b y commas))
CSAELIM (CSA storage limit for requests generating an FSBX (in byte s, decimal))
SMFREC (SMF record number, decimal)
TRC (ON | OFF)
NVEVENT (event numbers of the NetView events issued by the queue ha ndler
(separated by commas))
Queue Handler Stopped
This event is issued upon termination of the queue handler.

RC (queue handler return code, decimal)
Abnormal Termination of the Queue Handler
This event is issued if an abnormal termination occurs in the queue handler.
