SNA Server and Queue Handler Trace Output<br />

When <strong>NetView</strong> <strong>FTP</strong> <strong>V2.2.1</strong> <strong>MVS</strong> takes a trace, it produces the following output for<br />

each trace point in the <strong>NetView</strong> <strong>FTP</strong> <strong>V2.2.1</strong> <strong>MVS</strong> modules:<br />

� A <strong>NetView</strong> <strong>FTP</strong> <strong>V2.2.1</strong> <strong>MVS</strong> symptom record<br />

� The contents of the general registers at the time the trace is taken<br />

� A storage area dump.<br />

The area that <strong>NetView</strong> <strong>FTP</strong> <strong>V2.2.1</strong> <strong>MVS</strong> dumps depends on the module where it<br />

takes the trace and the class of the trace.<br />

The <strong>NetView</strong> <strong>FTP</strong> <strong>V2.2.1</strong> <strong>MVS</strong> Symptom Record as Trace Output<br />

Figure 82 on page 148 shows an example of a <strong>NetView</strong> <strong>FTP</strong> <strong>V2.2.1</strong> <strong>MVS</strong><br />

Not applicable.<br />

USR CODE<br />

The number of the related trace message (see Message Area on page 146).<br />

LOAD MODULE NAME<br />

If <strong>NetView</strong> <strong>FTP</strong> <strong>V2.2.1</strong> <strong>MVS</strong> cannot retrieve the load module name, it inserts<br />

the character string “UNKNOWN.”<br />

CSECT NAME<br />

Name of the <strong>NetView</strong> <strong>FTP</strong> <strong>V2.2.1</strong> <strong>MVS</strong> CSECT (program module) where<br />

<strong>NetView</strong> <strong>FTP</strong> <strong>V2.2.1</strong> <strong>MVS</strong> took the trace.<br />

CCI ADDRESS<br />

Content of general register 12, which generally points to the <strong>NetView</strong> <strong>FTP</strong><br />
