Holdings: collections concerning literary, artistic, scientific and pedagogic movements in
Spain since the end of the 19 th century. it contains personal papers from many members of
the 1927 Generation and other leading figures of Spanish culture and sciences in the first
third of the 20 th century (letters, manuscripts, handwritten notes, and graphic documents).
the personal archives of Jorge Guillen, Pedro Salinas and Amado Alonso are in microfilm
format.
Library: numerous first editions and autographed copies from the private libraries of luis
Cernuda, José moreno Villa, león Sánchez Cuesta, and Francisco Grande Covián. the library
of the museum of Education (1882–1939), a collection of scientific and literary periodicals
of that period, a selection of reference books on Spanish cultural history, a collection of
contemporary Spanish poetry, and an audiovisual library

Exposiciones: recorrido temático y cronológico sobre la historia del correo, la telegrafía y
la telefonía en España. Cuenta con una biblioteca especializada en correos, telégrafos,
radiotelegrafía, radiotelefonía y filatelia.
Archivo: archivo Cartográfico y Fotográfico, con fondos de temática postal y telegráfica,
principalmente desde 1945 a la actualidad, y de un archivo Histórico Documental, con
documentos relacionados con la historia del correo, el telégrafo y la filatelia.
exhibitions: a thematic chronological journey thorugh the history of postal, telegraphic and
telephone services in Spain. it also has a library specializing in postal services, telegraph,
radiotelegraphy, radiotelephony, and philately.
Archive: a Cartographic and Photographic Archive, with post and telegraph – related collections,
mainly from 1945 to the present day, and a Historical Documentary Archive, with documents
relating to the history of postal and telegraphic services as well as philately.
