Holdings: documentation issued by State institutions in charge of the restoration and
preservation of Spanish cultural heritage since the 1940s until the present day. Among the
holdings of this collection, the War Archive is worthy of note; in it are preserved documents
from the Delegate Confiscation Board in madrid on the republican side, in particular materials
concerning the confiscation and removal of art works, archives and libraries (1936–1939);
as well as the Service for Artistic recovery on the so-called national side, in particular reports
on the state of the art treasures found as the war front advanced, and files about the return
of confiscated art works to their owners.
Special collections: a collection of photographs of art works restored since 1967, as well
as a collection of maps, many of which are accessible online
Library: specializing in historical artistic heritage, its preservation and restoration
Access: open to anyone. A prior appointment is advisable

incluida la justicia militar (1931–1988), así como los del antiguo tribunal de Casación de
Cataluña (1934–1939) y de diversos tribunales populares durante la Guerra Civil (1936–
1938).

Holdings: documents corresponding to proceedings sent before the Supreme Court, including
military justice (1931–1988), as well as those from the Cassation tribunal of Catalonia
