Colección principal: la historia de España y de la américa hispánica. Está compuesta de
libros, folletos, códices y manuscritos desde la alta Edad media hasta la actualidad, así
como colecciones de personalidades e instituciones españolas de los siglos XiX y XX. El
catálogo se puede consultar a través de la página web.
Colecciones especiales: aparte del Gabinete de antigüedades, destaca el Departamento
de Cartografía y artes Gráficas. El contenido de la colección cartográfica es muy variado:
mapas, atlas y globos de los siglos XVi al XX. los fondos gráficos (dibujos, estampas y
fotografías) son de temática variada.
Acceso: tarjeta de investigador. se facilita el pase temporal a la sala de lectura para consultas
breves y concretas. Consulta de códices y de algunos otros manuscritos, con permiso
Main collection: the history of Spain and Hispanic America. the collection comprises books,
leaflets, codices, and manuscripts from the High middle Ages to the present day, as well as
collections from Spanish public figures and institutions of the 19 th and 20 th centuries. the
catalogue can be consulted online on the webpage.
Special collections: apart from the Antiquities Section, it is important to mention the
Cartography and Graphic Arts Department. Contents of the cartographical collection are
varied: maps, atlas and globes from the 16 th to the 20 th centuries. Graphic collections
(drawings, prints, and photographs) cover various topics.
Access: a researcher’s card is necessary. A temporary pass to the reading room can be

semanario sobre cine aparecido a partir de mediados de los años cuarenta, triunfo se
convirtió en una revista de información general desde un perfil izquierdista y de oposición
al régimen franquista durante los años sesenta y setenta. además de un buscador, la
página web incluye diversos documentos como expedientes, galeradas, índices y videos.
A web page that offers the complete issues of the triunfo magazine. Appearing weekly from
the mid 1940s on, triunfo developed into a current affairs magazine with a left-wing slant, in
opposition to the Franco regime, during the 1960s and 1970s. in addition to a search tool, the
web page also includes various documents such as dossiers, galley proofs, indices and videos.
