this museum covers the most recent history of terra Alta and ribera d’Ebre, and the Battle
of the Ebro forms the backbone of its exhibits. it is divided into five areas so as to develop all
these aspects: remembrance of the buildings, that of the landscape, that of objects, that of
people, and that of the Battle of the Ebro Studies Center.

El museo es un centro de interpretación sobre los exilios provocados por la Guerra Civil
en España y Cataluña. localizado en la misma frontera por donde la mayoría de exiliados
huyeron, combina funciones museísticas, a través de exposiciones permanentes y temporales,
con otras de investigación histórica y funciones educativas.
the museum is an interpretation center which recalls the exiles brought about by the Civil
War in Spain and Catalonia. located at the same border crossing through which most of the
exiles fled, it combines functions of a museum, through permanent and temporary exhibitions,
with those of historical research and education.
