Fondos: además de los fondos sobre la administración de la real Casa y del patrimonio de la
Corona, la administración de los diferentes reales patronatos y las Encomiendas pertenecientes
a diversos infantes, también guarda el archivo del rey Don juan Carlos i y el archivo de la
secretaría de Franco (Casa civil y militar, 1936–1975).
Colecciones especiales: mapas, planos y dibujos (siglos XVi–XX), fotografía histórica,
partituras musicales del fondo de la real Capilla

Holdings: apart from documents about the administration of the royal House and the Crown’s
possessions, the administration of various royal Patronages, and some royal infants’ colonial
grants, the Archive preserves King Juan Carlos i’s Archive (1964–1987) and the Archive of
Franco’s Secretary (Civil and military office, 1936–1975).
Special collections: maps, plans and drawings (16 th to 20 th centuries), historical
photography, and music scores from the royal Chapel
