muestra un importante
salto durante la campaña
2011. Los problemas
acaecidos a la alcachofa
peruana durante la poscosecha
ha provocado que la
superficie y la producción
en Murcia se hayan incrementado
en el último año,
ya que muchos operadores
internacionales vuelven a
trabajar con la alcachofa
española.

• La superficie se ha visto
aumentada en un 10
por ciento, ascendiendo a
6.694 hectáreas en 2011.
En el terreno de la producción,
el crecimiento también
es evidente, superando
la barrera de las 78.300
toneladas debido al incremento
del 14 por ciento
entre 2010/11.
