NA IDENTIFICAÇÃO DOS DIFERENTES TIPOS DE ANEMIAS

Resumo
A anemia é um problema de saúde pública
mundial, o que enfatiza a importância de buscar
ferramentas que auxiliem no diagnóstico preciso
e diferencial desta patologia, podendo nortear a
conduta do diagnóstico clínico e forneça resultados
confiáveis e ágeis como a automação na realização
de exames laboratoriais que possibilitou forneceu
índices eritrocitários importantes para o auxílio do
diagnóstico e na diferenciação das anemias. Com
o objetivo analisar e discutir informações, através
de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, onde parâmetros
hematológicos, em especial o RDW, sejam
apontados como uma ferramenta importante
para avaliação da heterogeneidade das hemácias
e diferenciação das anemias, sendo este uma
ferramenta aliada para a melhor diferenciação
das anemias microcíticas e hipocrômicas; no
diagnóstico precoce nutricional; na distinção entre
anemia megaloblástica de outras patogenias que
apresentem macrocitose; Além da sua importante
associação ao VCM, na diferenciação das anemias
e talassemias.

Abstract
Anemia is a worldwide public health problem,
which emphasizes the importance of seeking tools
that help in the accurate and differential diagnosis
of this pathology, being able to guide the conduct
of clinical diagnosis and provide reliable and agile
results such as automation in the performance
of exams laboratory tests that made it possible
to provide important erythrocyte indices to aid
in the diagnosis and differentiation of anemias.
With the objective of analyzing and discussing
information, through a bibliographic research,
where hematological parameters, especially
the RDW, are pointed out as an important tool
for the evaluation of the heterogeneity of red
blood cells and differentiation of anemias,
which is an allied tool for the best differentiation
of microcytic and hypochromic anemias; in
early nutritional diagnosis; in distinguishing
megaloblastic anemia from other pathogens that
present macrocytosis; In addition to its important
association with VCM, in the differentiation of
anemias and thalassemias.
