Abstract. Analysis of formation, allocation and
carrying out of the State assignment concerning
cardiosurgical aid to patients with cardiovascular
diseases out of the number of the contingent serviced
by the FMBA therapeutic-diagnostic institution has
been accomplished. Interaction among the system's
participants, the order of referring for the treatment,
reception and registration of the cardiosurgical
patients were studied. The legal and regulatory
framework of organizing this type of medical aid has
been analysed.
Abstract. The structure and character of shock
trauma combined with segmented intestine trauma at
177 injured in peace-time delivered to different inpatient
hospitals of Saint-Petersburg were studied. On
the basis of objective parametric criteria for prognosis
of severity and duration of traumatic disease optimal
surgical tactics were developed for such group of
injured.
Abstract. The paper presents a retrospective study
of data on 514 patients who underwent amputation at
the critical ischemia. Identified 19 criteria for prognosis
of fatal outcome in the postoperative period.
Consideration of these criteria in a prospective study
(180 clinical cases) allowed significantly reduce the
incidence of death compared with the frequency in a
group of retrospective studies (from 25,7 to 19,4 % in
the second). The effectiveness of the proposed
program was 80 %.
rehabilitation measures aimed at both the whole body
and the area of local injury contribute to bettering of
the general state of health of the injured, recovering
ability to work and faster integration into usual way of
life. High effectiveness is demonstrated by combination
of exercise therapy, physio-therapy methods,
Abstract. The article presents the results of
immunological examination staff of the storage and
disposal of toxic chemicals. There was analyzed the
total immunoreactivity, the content of tissue-specific
antibodies, assessed the degree of sensitization to
inhalant allergens. It was established that the formation
of sensitization to inhalant allergens and autoantigens
may be regarded as one of the mechanisms of
formation of pathology in persons engaged in work with
toxic chemicals.
Key words: personnel of dangerous objects,
Abstract. The structure of a traumatism and
damages at victims in the sea kata-stanzas connected
with fires by the ships and courts since 1989 on 2010.
is studied. It is established that principal views of
damages at rescued are sharp inhalation poisonings
with carbonic oxide of easy degree against the isolated
superficial burns (60.8 %), combined two-factorial
mechanical-burn (14.7 %) traumas and three-factorial
mechanical-burn-cold traumas (22.5 %) and chemical
burns (2.0 %). At victims inhalation poisonings with
carbonic oxide of heavy degree against the isolated
burns of various severity level (29.5 %), drowning
without traumatic damages (25.3 %), the combined
heavy two-factorial mechanical-burn traumas
(23.5 %), heavy three-factorial mechanical-burn-cold
traumas (15.1 %) and chemical damages (6.6 %) are
revealed. In structure combined three-factorial
mechanical-burn-cold damages at the rescued the
group (73.9 %) with not heavy mechanical trauma
(superficial wounds of 8.7 %, bruises of 24.1 %, grazes
of 68.2 %), not heavy burn (burns of I degree of 79.6 %
and II degree 20.4 % the area from 0.5 % to 7.5 %
(Sср = 4.5 %)) and not heavy cold trauma (overcooling
of easy degree of 100 %), and among lethal outcomes
the group (44 %) victims with heavy burn (burns IIIв
(68,4 % dominates), IV (31.6 %) degrees the area from
