47 professional fire-fighters and rescue workers (age
30,2 ± 1,4) with myofascial pains were examined. At 35
patients, or 74,5 %, there was diagnosed muscularfascial
syndrome (MFS). Restorative treatment was
conducted with the help of radial shock wave unit (RSW)
«Swiss Dolor Clast» of Swiss company EMS: quantity of
impulses – 2000, frequency of impulses – from 6 to 9 hz
with consequent increase, working pressure – from 1,5
bar to 2,5 bar. Procedures were carried out on different
spine departments – cervical, thoracal, dorsolumbar,
depending on the place of myofascial pains. Optimal
results of RSW at MFS can be achieved by undergoing a
course of treatment (no less than 5 procedures) at
minimal manifestations of metabolic syndrome (changes
in alanine aminotransferase, С-reactive protein,
immune-globulin А of blood and saliva, catalase,
lipoproteins of very low density, atherogenic index).
Correction of basic manifestations of metabolic
syndrome gives an opportunity to apply RSW method
more rationally and get netter treatment effect.

Abstract. The purpose of the paper was to study of
action of multifactorial stress consisted of general

vibration, coldness and immobilization on homeostatic
indices of rats (rectal temperature, activity of blood
enzymes) and energy status of lymphocytes of
peripheral blood assessed by means of cytochemical
analysis with quantitive estimation of succinate
dehydrogenase activity. The reduction of temperature
of «the nucleus of body» was shown to decrease the
energy status of lymphocyte population (cellular energy
production) of stressed rats and to change their
populational structure. The protective effect of
succinic (100 mg/kg) and glutamic (112 mg/kg) acids,
the substrates of mitochondrial oxidation, included
recovery (increase) of rectal temperature and normalization
of cellular and populational characteristics of
lymphocyte succinate dehydrogenase activity.

of matrix metalloproteinases and their inhibitors
in an estimation of the myocardial remodeling risk in
patients with acute coronary syndrome // Medicobiological

Abstract. The study included 153 patients admitted
to the cardiology clinic with a diagnosis of acute
coronary syndrome. Myocardial infarction was verified
in 137 patients. Levels of matrix metalloproteinases
and their inhibitors (proMMP-1, MMP-9, TIMP-1), Nterminal
pro-B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP)
and high sensitivity C-reactive protein levels were
determined for 3–5 days. The presence and dynamics
of postinfarction myocardial remodeling were evaluated
by echocardiography at 5–7 days and 3 months after
acute coronary syndrome. The study has identified high
levels of prognostic significance of MMP-9, NTproBNP
in the development of myocardial remodeling
3 months after acute coronary syndrome.

asymmetry and adaptive reactions in students under

Abstract. In the students of the first course of
medical institute – inhabitants of average Middle Ob is
isolated five profiles of functional interhemispheric
asymmetry on the domination of motor, sensory and
mental zones. It is shown that the students with the
one-sided left or of the right hemisphere domination
have similar changes in the psycho-vegetative
parameters. It is initial, for them are characteristic the
state of the stress of the mechanisms of adaptation,
the high level of anxiety and the sympathicotonic type
of the regulations, whose manifestations increase
before the examination and remain at the high level
