По результатам исследования плаценты и тканей
плода выявлено: выраженное полнокровие легких,
косвенные данные, указывающие на вирусную
этиологию гибели плода; смерть плода наступила
в результате внутриутробной асфиксии, вероятно,
вследствие тяжелого состояния матери.
Заключение
Во всех спорных случаях антенатальной гибели
плода необходимо детальное изучение плаценты и
плода различными методами. Гистологические находки
в плаценте часто неспецифичны и необходимы
молекулярные исследования для установления
инфекционного агента.
