Internationalization of secondary education means increasing<br />
international openness of secondary schools in order to achieve<br />
a higher quality of secondary education. Of course, caution<br />
is needed to properly direct process of internationalization and<br />
creatively connect it with general development trends in the field<br />
of secondary education. Above all, process of internationalization<br />
needs to be gradually and deliberately initiated, as it is<br />
crucial to activate appropriate psychosocial and cognitive conflicts<br />
among all stakeholders in the field of education by changing<br />
thought patterns and concepts. In the mosaic of European<br />
diversity, it is about a paradigmatically modified, inclusive and<br />
quality-based culture of secondary education.<br />
