Zavedamo se, da je sodelovanje v takšnem projektu nuja, če želi biti šola kakovostna in konkurenčna, zato nam je kvalitetna izvedba projekta ključnega pomena. Tudi zaradi sodelovanja v tem projektu smo bili uspešni na razpisu MIZŠ in postali razvojna šola na področju ugotavljanja in zagotavljanja kakovosti v vzgojno-izobraževalnih zavodih. Ključne besede: delovna praksa v tujini, kakovost, strateški partnerji, primeri dobre prakse Abstract The paper presents »Mobile Prešernova« project at School of Economics Ljubljana, where each year 20 students do practical training abroad, at workplaces in companies, in cooperation with partners who are our direct employers and other institutions. We would like to share our experience from first successful tender to last year’s successfully completed project, our success story, as final report assessment scored maximum points. Mobile Prešernova project presents its integration into everyday school life throughout entire school year and plays an important role in achieving strategic goals. Mobility motivates us thus giving ideas for new improvements and approaches in the field of learning and teaching, more and more teachers are actively involved in the project yearly. An example of evaluation of training is described, which is also presented as good practice example at network of schools in quality project. Our main guideline is to have strategic partners ensuring quality and well-known jobs. If we were tied to agents in our first project years, faced various obstacles and were disappointed, yet learnt a lot, last year, after four-year work with well-known partners and excellent support from National Agency, managed to complete the project without any problems. We are aware that participation in such a project is a must should a school want to be of good quality and competitive; that is why project quality is of key importance. The latter also helped 80
us win Ministry of Education, Science and Sport tender thus becoming an evolving school in the field of quality assurance and testing in educational institutions. Keywords: training abroad, quality, strategic partners, good practice examples 81
