Priložnost se izkazuje na nivoju zagotavljanja širjenja projektne
izkušnje na vse učitelje in dijake. Bistvena nevarnost pa
je možnost zapostavljanja osnovnega pedagoškega dela.
Razprava: Projektno delo je izvenšolska dejavnost, ki omogoča
učitelju in dijaku, da več časa preživljata skupaj, s čimer dobita
priložnost za vzpostavitev kvalitetnega odnosa. V kolikor je med
njima vzpostavljen pozitiven odnos, je sodelovanje med njima
uspešnejše, saj je motiviranost za šolsko in projektno delo na
splošno boljša.

Abstract
Introduction: School is a system where a large number of
employees and students meet daily. School culture and social
climate are key factors for establishing good relations. Positive
relationships need to be tended at all levels. One of the main
relationships that can significantly influence school experience
is certainly teacher-student relationship. A secondary teacher
spends less time with a student compared to a primary
one thus participation in projects can be a great opportunity to
strengthen the relationship.
Methods: Qualitative research approach was used. SPIN
method was applied to highlight weaknesses, strengths, challenges
and risks of participating in projects and their impact on
teacher-student relationship.
Results: Benefits of participating in projects are to strengthen
links between teachers and students and, consequently, their
better relationship. Key weakness is overload of all involved.
Opportunity is demonstrated at the level of ensuring dissemination
of project experience among teachers and students.
Main danger is the possibility of neglecting basic pedagogical
work.
