Abstract
Introduction: The article presents a short presentation of the
starting points of different views on exchanges of students in
secondary and tertiary education levels. In the review, I want
to emphasize the benefits of international student’s exchanges
and the positive effects on themselves. Different views on international
exchanges are presented, depending on the geographical
location and the conditional policy of education of young
people. With this article, I would like to raise interest in such
exchanges of pupils, especially in secondary education, where
the greatest lack of commitment of exchange participants is
evident before the exchange. The basic question is whether the
employer, who is the final customer of international exchange
products in employment, would take into account the knowledge
acquired by the exchange participant or not.
Methods: The method of work in this expert article is primarily
an analytically demonstrative form of already performed research
and findings.
Results: The results show a unified opinion of various research
in this field. Above all, the results point to positive effects, which
are the fruit of international exchanges and the efforts of all involved
and ultimately invested funds for student’s exchanges.
Discussion: The conclusion provides common opinions of various
research of international student’s exchanges and its advantages.
