students in my group, who needed some additional help during<br />
practical training.<br />
Research problem is presented on the basis of positive effects<br />
individual students acquired during mobility abroad and after<br />
returning home. In addition to planned goals, such as production<br />
of numerous wooden products, students have received<br />
plenty life/work experiences they would not have at home. The<br />
latter are visible in individuals with increased self-confidence,<br />
better self-image, better communication learning results.<br />
