JPMCB is required to file quarterly Consolidated Reports of Condition and Income ("Call Reports") with the
U.S. Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC"). Such Call Reports have a standard format approved by
the FDIC and include the balance sheet and profit and loss accounts. Incorporated by reference into the JPMCB
Registration Document are JPMCB's consolidated balance sheet as at 30 June 2006, 30 September 2006, 31
December 2006 and 31 March 2007, 30 June 2007 and 30 September 2007 and the consolidated profit and loss
required by FDIC. This financial information has not been audited.
Call Reports are prepared in accordance with regulatory instructions issued by the U.S. Federal Financial
Institutions Examinations Council. Because of the special supervisory, regulatory and economic policy needs
served by Call Reports, such regulatory instructions do not in all cases follow generally accepted accounting
principles or the opinions and statements of the Accounting Principles Board or the Financial Accounting
Standards Board. Nevertheless, Call Reports do provide important information concerning the financial
condition of JPMCB.
Call Reports are on file with, and are publicly available upon written request to the U.S. Federal Deposit
Insurance Corporation at 550 17th Street, N.W., Washington D.C. 20429, Attention: Disclosure Group, Room
F-518. The FDIC also has an Internet website where Call Reports can be viewed, at www.fdic.gov/.
