eingetreten ist, steht "Bewertungszeitpunkt"
(1) in Bezug auf eine Index-Komponente für
den Vorgesehenen Börsenschluss an der Börse
und (2) in Bezug auf Transaktionen mit
Termin- oder Optionskontrakten auf den Index
für den Handelsschluss an der Verbundenen
Börse oder ein anderer von der
Berechnungsstelle festgelegter und den
Anleihegläubigern gemäß § 11 bekannt
gegebener Zeitpunkt.

level of the Index is calculated and published
by the Index Sponsor. For the purposes of
determining whether a Market Disruption
Event has occurred in respect of the Index,
"Valuation Time" means (1) in respect of any
Index Component, the Scheduled Closing
Time on the Exchange in respect of such Index
Component; and (2) in respect of any options
contracts or futures contracts on the Index, the
close of trading on the Related Exchange or
such other time as the Calculation Agent may
determine and notify to Noteholders in
accordance with § 11.

"Nachfolge-Index") als der
Index.
(B) Index-Änderung, Index-Einstellung und Index-
Störung
Wenn nach Feststellung der
Berechnungsstelle bezüglich des
Index (x) der Index-Sponsor
oder gegebenenfalls der
Nachfolge-Index-Sponsor an
oder vor einem Anfänglichen
Bewertungstag, Bewertungstag
oder dem Abschließenden
Bewertungstag ankündigt, dass
er eine wesentliche Änderung
der Formel oder Methode zur
Berechnung des Index oder eine
sonstige wesentliche Änderung
am Index vornehmen wird (mit
Ausnahme einer in dieser
Formel oder Methode
vorgeschriebenen Änderung, um
den Index im Falle von
Veränderungen der in ihm
enthaltenen Index-Komponenten,
(A) Successor Index Sponsor calculates and

Calculation Agent, in respect of
the Index (x) on or before any
Initial Valuation Date, Valuation
Date, or Final Valuation Date , as
the case may be, the Index
Sponsor or (if applicable)
Successor Index Sponsor
announces that it will make a
material change in the formula
for, or the method of calculating,
that Index or in any other way
materially modifies that Index
(other than a modification
prescribed in that formula or
method to maintain that Index in
the event of changes in
constituent Index Components,
and capitalization and other
routine events) (an "Index
