Adjustment rules with respect to the underlying<br />
Upon the occurrence of certain Index Adjustment Events (as specified in § 4(f) of the Terms <strong>and</strong> Conditions),<br />
the Calculation Agent may make such adjustments as set out in § 4(f) of the Terms <strong>and</strong> Conditions; if in the<br />
determination of the Calculation Agent such adjustments would not lead to a commercially reasonable result,<br />
