Germany and at the office of the Listing Agent in Luxembourg, The Bank of New York (Luxembourg) S.A.,
Aerogolf Center, 1A Hoehenhof, L-1736 Senningerberg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg:
• the Prospectus;
• any supplement to the Prospectus that may be required pursuant to Article 16 of the Prospectus Directive;
• the document to be provided annually following the disclosure of the consolidated financial statements
pursuant to Article 10 of the Prospectus Directive; and
