Early Redemption (Extracts from § 4 of the
Terms and Conditions):

"Index" means the Dow Jones EURO STOXX 50®
Index (Bloomberg: SX5E), as calculated and
published by STOXX Limited.
"Initial Valuation Date" means in respect of the
Index, subject as provided in § 4(f)(iii), 18 April 2008
(or, if that day is not a Scheduled Trading Day in
respect of that Index, the next following Scheduled
Trading Day).
"Final Valuation Date" means in respect of the Index,
subject as provided in § 4(f)(iii), 23 April 2014 (or, if
that day is not a Scheduled Trading Day in respect of
that Index, the next following Scheduled Trading
Day).
"Valuation Datei" means in respect of the Index,
subject as provided in § 4(f)(iii), 23 July 2008 (with
i=1), 23 October 2008 (with i=2), 23 January 2009
(with i=3), 23 April 2009 (with i=4), 23 July 2009
(with i=5), 23 October 2009 (with i=6), 23 January
2010 (with i=7), 23 April 2010 (with i=8), 23 July
2010 (with i=9), 25 October 2010 (with i=10), 24
January 2011 (with i= 11), 26 April 2011 (with i=12),
25 July 2011 (with i=13), 24 October 2011 (with
i=14), 23 January 2012 (i=15), 23 April 2012 (with
i=16), 23 July 2012 (i=17), 23 October 2012 (with
i=18), 23 January 2013 (with i=19), 23 April 2013
(with i=20), 23 July 2013 (with i=21), 23 October
2013 (with i=22), 23 January 2014 (with i=23) and the
Final Valuation Date (with i=24) (or, if that day is not
a Scheduled Trading Day in respect of that Index, the
relevant next following Scheduled Trading Day).
"Valuation Date" means in respect of the Index, the
Initial Valuation Date, each Valuation Datei and the
Final Valuation Date.
The Notes may be early redeemed following certain
events set out in § 4 and § 8 of the Terms and
Conditions.
In such case the Early Redemption Amount per
Note may be less than the Issue Price, and may be
less than the Specified Denomination or the
nominal amount (as reduced by any instalment
paid, if any) per Note.
Status of the Notes The Notes will constitute unsubordinated and
unsecured obligations of the Issuer.
Guarantee The Notes will be guaranteed by the Guarantor,
JPMCB.
