"Börsenarbeitstag" ist in Bezug auf den Index
ein Vorgesehener Handelstag, an dem der
Index-Sponsor den Index-Stand veröffentlicht
bzw. veröffentlicht hätte, wenn kein
Unterbrechungstag vorgelegen hätte, und an
dem die Verbundene Börse während ihrer
üblichen Handelszeit für den Handel geöffnet
ist, ungeachtet dessen, ob eine solche
Verbundene Börse vor ihrem Vorgesehenen
Börsenschluss schließt.
"Börsenstörung" bezeichnet in Bezug auf den
Index ein Ereignis (außer einem Vorzeitigen
Börsenschluss), das nach Feststellung durch
die Berechnungsstelle die allgemeine Fähigkeit
der Marktteilnehmer dahingehend stört oder
beeinträchtigt, Transaktionen zu tätigen oder
Marktkurse einzuholen in Bezug auf (1) eine
Index-Komponente an der Börse oder (2)
Termin- oder Optionskontrakte hinsichtlich des
Index an der Verbundenen Börse.
"Außerordentliches Ereignis" bezeichnet
einen Index-Anpassungsgrund.
"Index-Anpassungsgrund" bezeichnet eine
Index-Störung, Index-Änderung oder Index-
Einstellung, wie nachstehend unter § 4(f)(ii)
("Anpassungen des Index") definiert.
"Index-Komponente" bezeichnet in Bezug auf
den Index für jedes darin enthaltene
Finanzinstrument.
"Index-Stand" bezeichnet in Bezug auf den
Index den durch die Berechnungsstelle am
betreffenden Tag festgelegten Stand des
betreffenden Index zum maßgeblichen
Bewertungszeitpunkt, wie er von dem
jeweiligen Index-Sponsor berechnet und
veröffentlicht wurde.
"Index-Sponsor" bezeichnet in Bezug auf den
Index eine Gesellschaft, die nach dem
Ermessen der Berechnungsstelle (1) für die
Festlegung und Prüfung der Regeln, Verfahren
und Methoden für etwaige Berechnungen und
Anpassungen im Zusammenhang mit diesem
Index verantwortlich ist und (2) den Stand
dieses Index (direkt oder durch einen Vertreter)
an jedem Vorgesehenen Handelstag
regelmäßig bekannt gibt, wie in der Definition
von "Index" angezeigt.

"Exchange Business Day" means, in respect
of the Index any Scheduled Trading Day on
which the Index Sponsor publishes (or, but for
the occurrence of a Disrupted Day would have
published) the Index Level, and on which the
Related Exchange is open for trading during its
regular trading sessions, notwithstanding any
such Related Exchange closing prior to its
Scheduled Closing Time.
"Exchange Disruption" means, in respect of
the Index any event (other than an Early
Closure) that disrupts or impairs (as
determined by the Calculation Agent) the
ability of market participants in general to
effect transactions in, or obtain market values
for: (1) any Index Component on the Exchange
in respect of such Index Component; or (2)
futures or options contracts relating to the
Index on the Related Exchange.
"Extraordinary Event" means an Index
Adjustment Event.
"Index Adjustment Event" means an Index
Disruption, Index Modification or Index
Cancellation, as defined under § 4(f) (ii) below
("Adjustments to the Index")
"Index Component" means with respect to the
Index, each financial instrument comprised in
the Index.
"Index Level" means, in respect of the Index,
the level of such Index, as determined by the
Calculation Agent, at the relevant Valuation
Time on the relevant date, as calculated and
published by the relevant Index Sponsor.
"Index Sponsor" means, in respect of the
Index, the corporation or other entity that, in
the determination of the Calculation Agent, (1)
is responsible for setting and reviewing the
rules and procedures and the methods of
calculation and adjustments, if any, related to
that Index and (2) announces (directly or
through an agent) the level of that Index on a
regular basis during each Scheduled Trading
Day, as indicated in the definition of "Index".
