(A) (I) in Bezug auf eine Index-
Komponente den Eintritt oder das Bestehen
entweder (1) einer Handelsstörung in Bezug
auf diese Index-Komponente, die von der
Berechnungsstelle als wesentlich angesehen
wird, während eines Zeitraums von einer
Stunde unmittelbar vor dem maßgeblichen
Bewertungszeitpunkt an der Börse an der die
Index-Komponente hauptsächlich gehandelt
wird; (2) einer Börsenstörung in Bezug auf
diese Index-Komponente, die von der
Berechnungsstelle als wesentlich angesehen
wird, während eines Zeitraums von einer
Stunde unmittelbar vor dem maßgeblichen
Bewertungszeitpunkt an der Börse an der die
Index-Komponente hauptsächlich gehandelt
wird; oder (3) eines Vorzeitigen
Börsenschlusses in Bezug auf diese Index-
Komponente; wobei (II) der Eintritt einer
Handelsstörung, Börsenstörung oder eines
Vorzeitigen Börsenschlusses in Bezug auf
Index-Komponenten eintritt, die gemeinsam 20
% oder mehr des Standes des Index
ausmachen; oder
(B) in Bezug auf Termin- oder
Optionskontrakte bezogen auf den Index den
Einritt oder das Bestehen (1) einer
Handelsstörung, (2) einer Börsenstörung, die
jeweils von der Berechnungsstelle als
wesentlich angesehen wird, während eines
Zeitraums von einer Stunde unmittelbar vor
dem maßgeblichen Bewertungszeitpunkt an der
Verbundenen Börse oder (3) eines Vorzeitigen
Börsenschlusses.
Zum Zwecke der Feststellung, ob in Bezug auf
den Index zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt eine
Marktstörung vorliegt gilt: wenn zu diesem
Zeitpunkt eine Marktstörung betreffend einer
Index-Komponente eintritt, erfolgt die
Feststellung der prozentualen Gewichtung, mit
der die betreffende Index-Komponente zum
Stand des Index beiträgt, auf Grundlage eines
Vergleichs (x) des Anteils der betreffenden
Index-Komponente am Stand des Index mit (y)
dem Gesamtstand des Index unmittelbar vor
dem Eintritt der Markstörung.
"Endfälligkeitstag" bezeichnet den
Ratenzahlungstag, der für den 30. April 2014
vorgesehen ist.

(A) (I) the occurrence or existence, in
respect of any Index Component, of either: (1)
a Trading Disruption in respect of such Index
Component, which the Calculation Agent
determines is material, at any time during the
one hour period that ends at the relevant
Valuation Time in respect of the Exchange on
which such Index Component is principally
traded; (2) an Exchange Disruption in respect
of such Index Component, which the
Calculation Agent determines is material, at
any time during the one hour period that ends
at the relevant Valuation Time in respect of the
Exchange on which such Index Component is
principally traded; or (3) an Early Closure in
respect of such Index Component; and (II) the
aggregate of all Index Components in respect
of which a Trading Disruption, an Exchange
Disruption or an Early Closure occurs or exists
comprises 20 per cent. or more of the level of
the Index; or
(B) the occurrence or existence, in respect
of futures or options contracts relating to the
Index, of: (1) a Trading Disruption; (2) an
Exchange Disruption, which in either case the
Calculation Agent determines is material, at
any time during the one hour period that ends
at the Valuation Time in respect of the Related
Exchange; or (3) an Early Closure.
For the purposes of determining whether a
Market Disruption Event exists in respect of
the Index at any time, if a Market Disruption
Event occurs in respect of a Index Component
at that time, then the relevant percentage
contribution of that Index Component to the
level of the Index shall be based on a
comparison of (x) the portion of the level of
the Index attributable to that Index Component
to (y) the overall level of the Index, in each
case immediately before the occurrence of the
Market Disruption Event.
"Maturity Date" means the Instalment Date
scheduled for 30 April 2014.
"Referenzwert" ist der Index. "Reference Asset" means the Index.
