International Palmenwald Consensus
on the significance of bemer-therapy
1. The intensive research on BEMER therapy during the last 12
years by scientists and clinicians in many countries has led in
2010 to the consensus that BEMER therapy has a significant
potential in the prevention and treatment of a large number
of diseases.
2. Research and development over the last 6 years were targeted
on the improvement of the unique pulse in BEMER therapy
by using specific imaging technology. Based upon these
results there is now general agreement that in present
medicine this physical mode is able to improve in the whole
body disordered blood distribution in microcirculation by
well directed and efficacious stimulation of local and superior
vasomotion of arterioles and venoles as basic regulative
requirement to start recovering from diseases in general.
3. Specific areas in which BEMER therapy has proven to be
efficacious are mainly diseases which are causally or collaterally
sourced by disordered regulative blood distribution such
as diabetes following disorders, wound healing, sclerosis
multiplex, pain reliefe, orthopaedic, sleep and a number of
chronic age-related disorders as well as sports medicine.

4. It is quite clear that there is a great need for further clinical
and basic science research. From this research highly
promising results can be expected further demonstrating
the benefit of BEMER therapy in an even broader spectrum
of medical fields and prevention.
5. There is a great need for improvement in public awareness of
the preventive and therapeutic benefits of BEMER therapy
also reflecting the fact that there is clear evidence that this
treatment is safe and without side effects.
6. In addition there is substantial agreement that governmental
agencies, health professionals and the media should promote
information transfer to the general public that there is clear
scientific, clinical, socio-economic and practical evidence
on the benefits of BEMER therapy.
