While the healthy subjects on both scales more or less meet the norm, the<br />

pain patients seem to encounter more problems in contact with other<br />

people because <strong>of</strong> introversion and less problems because <strong>of</strong><br />

expressiveness. For the students <strong>of</strong> music therapy the scores are exactly<br />

the other way round: they tend to have less problems being too introvert<br />

and more problems being too expressive. But these group differences<br />

have only eye-evidence and are not strong enough to show statistical<br />

significance.<br />

6.2 <strong>Music</strong>al Measures<br />

Up to now, only the music performance <strong>of</strong> the second control group <strong>of</strong><br />

healthy subjects is already analysed using the three developed musical<br />

measures based on onset frequency.<br />

The next figure shows the two scores <strong>of</strong> the musical measure “General<br />

Fit” at the two points <strong>of</strong> measurement.<br />
