PROJECT GOALS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS<br />
Continue the placement and support of PCs for ACAP, JOLTS, APETS, and<br />
AOC users, including the replacement of desktops as leases terminate.<br />
Continue phone support for statewide and AOC applications.<br />
Facilitate the rollout for new releases of core application software.<br />
Add and train resources to support new APETS users statewide.<br />
Develop an automation-training curriculum.<br />
Develop computer-based training and online interactive training programs for<br />
case management systems and other core application software.<br />
Develop training programs for automation field trainers.<br />
PROJECT GOALS ACCOMPLISHED IN FISCAL YEAR 2012<br />
TRAINING PROVIDED:<br />
AZTEC and AJACS training was provided in a classroom or online setting on<br />
various topics, including Financial Processing, Protective Order Processing,<br />
MVD/DDP/DPS interfaces, Legislative Updates, Statistical Reports, and AZTEC<br />
versions 1.55 and 1.551<br />
70 classes with 633 attendees.<br />
Additionally, one-on-one phone training was provided to 1753 users as a result of<br />
questions/problems submitted through Remedy.<br />
