PROJECT GOALS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS<br />

Establish a centralized collections function to enforce court financial orders.<br />

Modify automation systems to share new/modified case information and payment<br />

information with a collections vendor.<br />

Modify automation systems to accept and process electronic payment<br />

transactions.<br />

Implement the enforcement provisions provided for under the <strong>Department</strong> of<br />

Motor Vehicles’ Traffic Ticket Enforcement Assistance Program (TTEAP) (A.R.S.<br />

28-1631).<br />

Broaden the court’s implementation of the <strong>Arizona</strong> <strong>Department</strong> of Revenue’s<br />

(DOR) Tax Intercept program.<br />

Modify automation systems to provide near-real-time transaction processing to<br />

the Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) to allow for TTEAP.<br />

Continue increasing revenues by adding additional backlog cases to the FARE<br />

Program on a regular basis.<br />

Expand FARE functionality for the Maricopa County Justice Courts to include<br />

pre-disposition and post-disposition case processing.<br />

Work with the FARE vendor, ACS, and the courts to identify areas in which the<br />

program is exceeding expectations and areas in need of improvement.<br />

Develop and deliver detailed functional requirements for the migration of FARE to<br />

a SQL environment and progress to an RFP process for accomplishing the work.<br />
