PROJECT GOALS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS<br />
Provide comprehensive case management system software for all appellate<br />
courts.<br />
Digitize the Appellate courts.<br />
Enable electronic dissemination of court documents to filers and the public.<br />
Comprehensively implement the OnBase electronic document management<br />
system(s), including CMS integration.<br />
Continue to enable and expand electronic filing of all case types with direct<br />
integration to the court’s database, including data and document transfer from<br />
lower courts.<br />
Standardize court operations and procedures across appellate courts, where<br />
possible, through the use of automated tools and assistance.<br />
Integrate to emerging court community document management and production<br />
systems and standards.<br />
Populate Public Access and the statistical central repository with Appellamation<br />
data. Populate emerging Central Case Index and Central Document Repository<br />
systems.<br />
Provide other forms of public access to appellate case information, decisions,<br />
calendars, dockets, and documents.<br />
