Continued to expand hardware and application monitoring capabilities in support<br />

of the Windows-based environments including JOLTSaz, ROAM, CDR,<br />

AZTurboCourt, AJACS, and OnBase, just to name a few.<br />

Upgraded 14 production, test, and development SQL 2005 database<br />

environments to SQL 2008 SP2. To-date, 25 of 27 total environments have been<br />

updated.<br />

Upgraded all AOC Access Control Servers (ACS) with newer server technology,<br />

yielding greater performance and redundancy features, in support to all endpoint<br />

VPN environments.<br />

Began a multi-year project to implement Dynamic Port Security to all AJIN<br />

locations. This will enhance network security while improving reliability,<br />

manageability, and availability of communications.<br />

Upgraded core network infrastructure, in the state’s southern region, adding<br />

redundancy features and faster processing.<br />

Implemented a Citrix environment in support of secured mobile computing at the<br />

courts.<br />

Implemented a new IBM Queue Manager in support of improved messaging<br />

between the AOC and DPS.<br />

Implemented channel level security, to the MQ infrastructure, providing enhanced<br />

messaging protection.<br />

Completed the design and procurement phase in the project to replace the<br />

Supreme Court’s legacy Nortel phone switch with a Cisco unified<br />

communications solution.<br />

Completed numerous network and phone modifications in support of staffing<br />

relocations.<br />

Worked with various individual courts, assisting with server moves and network<br />

upgrades.<br />

Worked with the project teams to roll out and support<br />

o two major AJACS GJ production releases into the courts.<br />

o the APETS production migration to Windows technology<br />

o the New World financial system production releases.<br />

o the Phase I and II releases of AZYAS.<br />

o the Microsoft Project Server application and server upgrade.<br />

o the JWI system migration and application upgrade from the AIX<br />

environment to Windows technology.<br />

o the relocation of the Public Access application.<br />
