PROJECT GOALS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS<br />
Update several county-specific/local sentencing forms and provide a range of<br />
APETS software enhancements to improve business flow and the accuracy of<br />
data entry.<br />
Automate the data entry of deported probationers into state and national<br />
databases to enable law enforcement to notify Adult Probation if illegal re-entry<br />
occurs.<br />
Convert the manual statewide analysis of Adult Probation’s population and<br />
performance statistics to an automated production solution that IT Operations<br />
can schedule monthly.<br />
Create a new APETS interface with the iCIS CMS to automate the processing of<br />
Petitions to Revoke from Maricopa County.<br />
Modify the content and format of several reports that currently reside within the<br />
APETS Report Application, including various reports based on changed and<br />
expanded definitions of performance measures.<br />
PROJECT GOALS ACCOMPLISHED IN FISCAL YEAR 2012<br />
Successfully completed the major APETS Technologies Upgrade Project that<br />
