Viewing Gateway Status<br />
From <strong>the</strong> Main Menu, under Maintenance, select Gateway Status to view <strong>the</strong> screen in Figure 5-1.<br />
This screen shows <strong>the</strong> following parameters:<br />

Compliant<br />
The specification to which <strong>the</strong> gateway’s cable interface is compatible.<br />
Hardware Version The hardware version of <strong>the</strong> gateway.<br />
Software Version The software version of <strong>the</strong> gateway.<br />
<strong>Cable</strong> Modem MAC Address The MAC address being used by <strong>the</strong> <strong>Cable</strong> Modem port of <strong>the</strong> gateway.<br />
This MAC address may need to be registered with your <strong>Cable</strong> Service<br />
Provider.<br />
<strong>Cable</strong> Modem Serial<br />
Number<br />
The serial number of <strong>the</strong> gateway hardware.<br />
