Viewing and Emailing Logged In<strong>for</strong>mation<br />
The gateway will log security-related events such as denied incoming service requests, hacker<br />
probes, and administrator logins. If you enabled content filtering, <strong>the</strong> Logs page shows you when<br />
someone on your network tried to access a blocked site. You can enable e-mail notification to<br />
receive <strong>the</strong>se logs in an e-mail message. An example is shown below.<br />

Field Description<br />
Description The type of event and what action was taken if any.<br />
Count This is a reference number <strong>for</strong> each event.<br />
Last Occurrence The date and time <strong>the</strong> log entry was recorded.<br />
Target The name or IP address of <strong>the</strong> destination device or website.<br />
Source The IP address of <strong>the</strong> initiating device <strong>for</strong> this log entry.<br />
