Mr. Goldberg served two years in<br />
the Peace Corps as legal advisor to<br />
the municipality <strong>of</strong> Addis Ababa,<br />
Ethiopia, and one year in the<br />
S.A.I.L.E.R. program as a member<br />
<strong>of</strong> the faculty <strong>of</strong> law <strong>of</strong> Haile Sellassie<br />
I <strong>University</strong>, Ethiopia. He<br />
joined the <strong>University</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Maryland</strong><br />
law faculty in 1967 and was associate<br />
dean from 1975 to 1985. He<br />
has directed and consulted on research<br />
projects for the United<br />
States Environmental Protection<br />
Agency. He served on two Baltimore<br />
City cable television commissions,<br />
one as chairman, and as<br />
executive secretary <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Maryland</strong><br />
Public Disclosure Advisory<br />
