Tunisia from 1962 to 1964. In<br />
1967 he started and was the first<br />
editor <strong>of</strong> the National Clearing<br />
house for Legal Services. Mr. Wolf<br />
was a Reginald Herber Smith Fellow<br />
with the Washington D.C.<br />
Neighborhood Legal Services Program<br />
from 1968 to 1970 where he<br />
was also managing attorney <strong>of</strong> a<br />
neighborhood law <strong>of</strong>fice. He was<br />
director <strong>of</strong> the Columbus Communiity<br />
Legal Services and director <strong>of</strong><br />
the Clinical <strong>Law</strong> Program at Catholic<br />
<strong>University</strong> from 1970 to 1973<br />
and taught at Catholic <strong>University</strong><br />
until 1978 when he left to farm<br />
and start vineyards. He has been<br />
teaching the <strong>University</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Maryland</strong><br />
<strong>Law</strong> <strong>School</strong> since 1982 and is<br />

In 1961-62, Mr. Woodey<br />
served as law clerk for Judge Edwin<br />
Steel <strong>of</strong> the United States District<br />
Court for Delaware. He then practiced<br />
law for seven years in Baltimore<br />
City before joining the<br />
<strong>University</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Maryland</strong> law faculty.<br />
He has been an assistant reporter<br />
for the Court <strong>of</strong> Appeals <strong>of</strong> <strong>Maryland</strong><br />
Standing Committee on<br />
<strong>Maryland</strong> Rules and special reporter<br />
for local rules for the Governor's<br />

In 1971-72 Mr. Young served as<br />
law clerk for Judge John J. Gibbons<br />
<strong>of</strong> the United States Court <strong>of</strong> Appeals<br />
for the Third Circuit. He<br />
then practiced law in New York<br />
City for several years before joining<br />
the faculty <strong>of</strong> Syracuse <strong>University</strong><br />
College <strong>of</strong> <strong>Law</strong>. He became a<br />
member <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Maryland</strong> law faculty<br />
in 1979. His primary interests<br />
are in the areas <strong>of</strong> administrative<br />
business law and federal jurisdiction.<br />
