two Legal Method sections. These students<br />
will take Criminal Procedure in the<br />
second or third year. The remainder <strong>of</strong><br />
the first year class will take Criminal Procedure.<br />
* In the spring semester, Legal Method<br />
will be <strong>of</strong>fered for approximately half the<br />
class in four small sections and will include<br />
one credit <strong>of</strong> Moot Court, graded<br />
separately on a pass/fail basis. Two <strong>of</strong><br />
these sections also will be engaged in the<br />
first year clinic. The other two sections<br />
will involve a number <strong>of</strong> simulated lawyering<br />
tasks that may include interviewing,<br />
counseling, negotiation, etc. The remainder<br />
<strong>of</strong> the first year class will take<br />
Moot Court as a separate <strong>of</strong>fering, as in<br />
the Evening Division.<br />
