Metal version for Zone 1
The light fittings series AB12 and EVF for
fluorescent lamps are in accordance with
the ATEX-Directive 94/9/EG and can be
used in the Zones 1, 2, 21 and 22.
They are fitted alternatively with electronic
or electromagnetic ballasts for fluorescent
lamps with G13 sockets.
The flameproof housing is made of copperfree
aluminium (Cu < 0,1 %), the protective
tube is made of borosilicate glass with high
mechanical and thermal stability.
The easy to open threaded cover, the large
terminal compartment and lamp guide on a
guide carriage make it simple for servicing.
