However, history, archeology, or architecture does not support any such
possibility. The Aryans who were nomads did mark their animals and properties
with symbols to mark their ownership, which is still practiced among the Dinka
and other tribes of Africa even though they do not have a script.
The question then is how is that Vedas refers to it being written, when there were
no writing systems in India. There are two possible alternative solutions:
1. These verses are corruptions or redactions to the original text and are not
really part of the original text. If such flagrant conceptual errors are found within
the text, the integrity of the text and transmissions are then in question.
or
2. Vedas themselves were composed only after 5 th Centaury BC at the earliest..
