CULTURE The Fondation Beyeler (101 Baselstrasse, Riehen) is worth the 10-minute tram journey almost to the German border. An exhibition of Degas’ later works runs until late January, and will include several of his vivid, evocative pastels of dancers. LATER On the 32nd floor of the Messeturm, Bar Rouge (Messeplatz 12) has Basel’s best views, though service can be painfully slow.
