glints across the city, a<br />
riverside stroll along the<br />
Ljubljanica is never more<br />
romantic. Stop off in the<br />
myriad bars, cafés and<br />
restaurants awaiting to<br />
warm you up afterwards.<br />

is stunning, and<br />
undeniably one of<br />
Europe’s prettiest<br />
lakes, hemmed in by<br />
mountains by all sides.<br />
Catch a bus or train from<br />
Ljubljana and you’ll be<br />
enjoying a tasty kremna<br />
rezina (cream cake) or<br />
skiing within an hour.<br />
NO WAY!<br />
So utterly impressed<br />
were a couple of Belgian<br />
visitors by this delightful<br />
city that they named<br />
their baby after Ljubljana.<br />
