season’ though it urged improvement in the ‘less than

will be instructive to provide a bird’s eye review of some of
the salient features that reveal the state of departmental
preparedness:-
(1) PMD’s Flood Forecasting Division predicted

Emergency Centre’ to ‘minimize the expected loss to
human life and property’.
(5) Balochistan representative shared details about the
‘on-going and future plans/ schemes’ to seek help
