Part 2.<br />

CONCERNING VICTOR MARSDEN, 4/<br />

<strong>The</strong> Translator <strong>of</strong> <strong>The</strong> Present Document,<br />

<strong>The</strong> <strong>Protocols</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>The</strong> <strong>Learned</strong> <strong>Elders</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Zion</strong>,<br />

After He Translated Such Document<br />

From <strong>the</strong> Russian into <strong>the</strong> English Language<br />

This Translation has been ably accomplished by <strong>the</strong> late Victor E. Marsden. Mr.<br />

Marsden was himself a victim <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Russian Bolshevik Revolution <strong>of</strong> 1918, and continued for<br />

long afterwards to be a Victim <strong>of</strong> that Jewish Revolution against <strong>the</strong> Lawful Government <strong>of</strong><br />

Russia. Mr. Marsden had lived for many years in Czarist Russia, and was married to a Russian<br />

lady. Among his o<strong>the</strong>r Activities in Russia, he had been for a number <strong>of</strong> years Russian<br />

Correspondent <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> English newspaper, <strong>The</strong> Morning Post, a position which he occupied when<br />

<strong>the</strong> Bolshevik Revolution occurred. His vivid descriptions <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Events in Revolutionary Russia<br />

will still be in <strong>the</strong> recollection <strong>of</strong> many <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Historical Readers <strong>of</strong> that Journal and/or History in<br />

general, as <strong>the</strong>y search for <strong>the</strong> chronology <strong>of</strong> those Truths.<br />

Naturally, because <strong>of</strong> this close contact with both <strong>the</strong> Czarist Russia and <strong>the</strong> Translation<br />

<strong>of</strong> <strong>The</strong> <strong>Protocols</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Learned</strong> <strong>Elders</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Zion</strong>, Mr. Marsden was singled out to receive <strong>the</strong><br />

anger <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> new Jewish “Soviet 5/ .” He was arrested and thrown into a Bolshevik prison,<br />

expecting every day to have his name called out for execution. Execution, however, he escaped,<br />

and eventually he was allowed to return to England, very much a wreck in bodily health. He<br />
