Immigrants from Poland in America printed and distribute <strong>the</strong>re — and allegedly in South<br />
America, where Poles are not numerous — a Polish-language edition <strong>of</strong> <strong>The</strong> <strong>Protocols</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
<strong>Learned</strong> <strong>Elders</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Zion</strong><br />
1920 to 1934.<br />
Only four Polish-language versions <strong>of</strong> <strong>The</strong> <strong>Protocols</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Learned</strong> <strong>Elders</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Zion</strong> circulate in<br />
Poland.<br />
1921.<br />
<strong>The</strong> first Arabic translation <strong>of</strong> <strong>The</strong> <strong>Protocols</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Learned</strong> <strong>Elders</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Zion</strong>, appears in<br />
Damascus.<br />
Also, an Italian translation is made.<br />
August 16-18, 1921.<br />
Philip Graves, a London Times reporter, compares <strong>The</strong> <strong>Protocols</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Learned</strong> <strong>Elders</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Zion</strong><br />
with Maurice Joly’s satire on Napoleon III, titled Dialogue between Machiavelli and<br />
Montesquiue in Hell (Joly’s work published in Brussels, Belgium, in 1864); <strong>the</strong>reby alleges to<br />
have proven <strong>The</strong> <strong>Protocols</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Learned</strong> <strong>Elders</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Zion</strong> to be a “forgery” — but not<br />
specifically saying it was a parody, plagiaristic effort, nor an intentional misuse.<br />
1920 to 1921.<br />
Henry Ford published <strong>The</strong> International Jew: <strong>The</strong> World’s Foremost Problem, in four book<br />
volumes, reprinting his articles from <strong>the</strong> Dearborn Independent.*<br />
1923.<br />
<strong>The</strong>odor Fritsch, an alleged German anti-semite, published a second German language<br />
translation, based on <strong>the</strong> English version, Fritsch is said to sell 100,000 copies <strong>of</strong> this <strong>The</strong><br />
<strong>Protocols</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Learned</strong> <strong>Elders</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Zion</strong> by 1933.<br />
Also, Alfred Rosenberg, a follower and early associate <strong>of</strong> Adolph Hitler, and described as <strong>the</strong><br />
“philosopher” <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> National Socialist party, authors <strong>The</strong> <strong>Protocols</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Elders</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Zion</strong> and<br />
Jewish World Policy, which is reprinted three times in that year.<br />
June 30, 1927.<br />
Henry Ford allegedly “retracts” and “apologizes” for <strong>The</strong> International Jew articles and book<br />
publications. Ford reportedly blamed his subordinates for <strong>the</strong> Work, and agrees to cease<br />
publishing it.<br />
1927.<br />
In Germany, Herr Fritsch continues to print <strong>The</strong> International Jew.<br />
1929<br />
In Germany, <strong>the</strong> National Socialist Party obtains <strong>the</strong> publishing rights to <strong>The</strong> <strong>Protocols</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
<strong>Learned</strong> <strong>Elders</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Zion</strong> for zur Beek’s translation.<br />
