BOOK ONE — INTRODUCTION<br />

expect to fit into a “Jewish world domination,” anti-semite publication. <strong>The</strong>refore, <strong>The</strong><br />

<strong>Protocols</strong>, if written as an original work, fit <strong>the</strong> times and <strong>the</strong>y fit <strong>the</strong> people about whom it<br />

speaks, <strong>the</strong>n and now.<br />

Part 23.<br />

THE “OPINIONS” OF RUSSIA’s CZAR NICHOLAS<br />

ABOUT THE PROTOCOLS, ACCORDING TO JEWISH SOURCES<br />

Popular Jewish knowledge has it that <strong>the</strong> Russian Czar, upon reading a Russian version<br />

<strong>of</strong> <strong>The</strong> <strong>Protocols</strong>, apparently wrote in <strong>the</strong> margin <strong>of</strong> his version/edition, “One does not defend a<br />

worthy cause by vile means.” 167/ Ano<strong>the</strong>r Jewish account has <strong>the</strong> Czar speaking this way: “It is<br />

impossible to defend something sacred by dirty means.” 168/ <strong>The</strong> question here is: did <strong>the</strong> Czar<br />

refer, most probably, to <strong>the</strong> religious Orthodox Russia as <strong>the</strong> “sacred something”? or — most unlikely,<br />

to <strong>the</strong> Jewish sacred idea <strong>of</strong> “<strong>Zion</strong>”? (Ed.).<br />

<strong>The</strong> Encyclopedia Judaica asserts that such a notation by <strong>the</strong> Czar — “impressionable<br />

and anti-Semitic as he was” — showed his rejection <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> document, and recognized it as an<br />

device <strong>of</strong> fraud; and fur<strong>the</strong>r that it meant this notation was a rejection <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> truth <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> matters<br />

<strong>of</strong>fered in <strong>The</strong> <strong>Protocols</strong>, yet it <strong>of</strong>fer no more in support. 169/<br />

Any objective reader could easily arrive at <strong>the</strong> conclusion that, in so noting, <strong>the</strong> Czar<br />

most likely realized <strong>the</strong>re was no mere coincidence between <strong>the</strong> acts <strong>of</strong> revolutionary anti-<br />

Czarist Jewry and that <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> plans exposed in <strong>The</strong> <strong>Protocols</strong> as being <strong>the</strong> former obeying <strong>the</strong><br />

latter; and that, if <strong>the</strong> Jews’ plan was worthy, it would not resort to such vile means as described<br />

as being necessary, and as being put into action, in <strong>the</strong> execution <strong>of</strong> <strong>The</strong> <strong>Protocols</strong> in Russia.<br />

Part 24.<br />

THE “PRINCE” SYSTEM OF JUDAISM OR ZIONISM<br />

In Judaism or in <strong>Zion</strong>ism, <strong>the</strong>re is a “prince” system, where <strong>the</strong>re is one “prince” <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

world, who commands all Jews and o<strong>the</strong>rs subject to that world. Next, <strong>the</strong>re is a “Prince <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

East,” i.e., <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> eastern hemisphere <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> earth; a “Prince <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> West,” <strong>the</strong>re; a Prince <strong>of</strong> North<br />

America, and <strong>of</strong> South America, for examples. <strong>The</strong> Prince <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> World should be found in<br />

probably Istanbul, <strong>the</strong> ancient place <strong>of</strong> <strong>The</strong> Sanhedrin; <strong>the</strong> Prince <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Ease has headquarters in<br />

London; <strong>the</strong> Prince <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> West, in New York City. Each Prince has lower levels <strong>of</strong> subject<br />

Ghetto is a spot carved out <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> community and consecrated [by and] to <strong>the</strong><br />

Chosen People and is <strong>the</strong>refore <strong>the</strong> best section <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> city in Jewish eyes, <strong>the</strong> rest<br />

being `<strong>the</strong> Christian quarter.’” See: Ford, Int’l Jew, Vol. III, “Jewish Influences in<br />

American Life,” Chp. LV., “B’nai B’rith Leader Discusses <strong>the</strong> Jews,” at p. 174,<br />
