Mr. Peter Gammon is a British national and is the eldest son of Late Mr. J. C. Gammon, the founder of the
Company. He joined the Board of the Company in 1988 and was elevated as the chairman of the Board in 1989. In
1997, he was elevated to the position of Chairman Emeritus of the Company.
Mr. Abhijit Rajan is a commerce graduate and has pursued management studies from Europe. He has been a
whole-time director in IPCA Laboratories Limited. He was first inducted as a Director on the Company on February
14, 1991 and was appointed as the chairman and managing Director in 2001. He was re-appointed as the chairman
and managing Director for a further period of five years w.e.f May 17, 2006.
Mr. Rohit Modi holds bachelors degree in economics from Sri Ram College of Commerce and masters degree in
economics from Delhi School of Economics. He joined the Indian Administrative Services (―IAS‖) in 1985 and
served as an IAS officer till 1999. From 1999 to 2006, he served as the chief executive officer of Tamil Nadu Road
Development Corporation and also held additional charge as Managing Director of Road Infrastructure
