Are you in favor of the adoption of Amendment No. V as proposed by
the Planning Board for the Town of Hampton Zoning Ordinance as follows:
To see if the Town will vote to amend Article I, 1.6, Definitions by
amending the first sentence of the definition of "Frontage" to read as
follows:
"The length of the lot bordering on and providing access to a Class V (or
better) highway, or a road shown on a plat approved by the Planning
Board."

Are you in favor of the adoption of Amendment No. VI as proposed by
the Planning Board for the Town of Hampton Zoning Ordinance as follows:
To see if the Town will vote to amend Article 1, 1 .6, Definitions by making
the following changes:
Amend the definition of "Building Height" to read as follows: "The
vertical distance from the grade plane to the highest point of the building,
excluding only chimneys and residential antennae." and add a new definition
to read as follows:
"Grade plane: a reference plane representing the average of finished
ground level adjoining the building at all exterior walls. When the finished
ground level slopes away from the exterior walls, the reference plane shall
be established by the lowest points within the area between the building
and the lot line or, when the lot line is more than six (6) feet from the building,
between the building and a point six (6) feet from the building."
