ARTICLE 35:<br />

To see if <strong>the</strong> <strong>Town</strong> will vote to raise and appropriate <strong>the</strong> sum <strong>of</strong> Eighteen<br />

Thousand ($18,000.00) Dollars for <strong>the</strong> purpose <strong>of</strong> buying out <strong>the</strong> unused<br />

sick leave <strong>of</strong> a retired employee under Article Twenty, Section One <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

Labor agreement between <strong>the</strong> <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Hampton</strong> and Local 301 7, <strong>Hampton</strong><br />

Fire Supervisors.<br />

Not recommended by <strong>the</strong> Budget Committee<br />

Dan Coughlin, seconded by George Hardardt move to indefinitely<br />

postpone. The motion carried and Article 35 was indefinitely postponed.<br />

ARTICLE 36:<br />

On petition <strong>of</strong> Wilson P. Dennett and 29 o<strong>the</strong>r registered voters <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

<strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Hampton</strong>, to see if <strong>the</strong> <strong>Town</strong> will vote to raise and appropriate<br />

Twelve Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($12,600.00) for <strong>the</strong> salary <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

<strong>Town</strong> Treasurer <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Hampton</strong>.<br />

Not recommended by <strong>the</strong> Budget Committee<br />

ARTICLE 37:<br />

On petition <strong>of</strong> Anne W. Bialobrzeski and 29 o<strong>the</strong>rs, to request that <strong>the</strong><br />

<strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Hampton</strong> will vote to raise and appropriate <strong>the</strong> sum <strong>of</strong> Two<br />

Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) to assist Crossroads House,<br />

Inc., a non-pr<strong>of</strong>it organization, in providing emergency shelter and transitional<br />

housing services to <strong>the</strong> area's homeless population.<br />

ARTICLE 38:<br />

On petition <strong>of</strong> Judith Dubois and twenty-five or more registered voters<br />

<strong>of</strong><strong>the</strong><strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Hampton</strong>: To see if <strong>the</strong> town will vote to raise and appropriate<br />

<strong>the</strong> sum <strong>of</strong> Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) to help defray<br />

<strong>the</strong> expense <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> 1991 Christmas Parade. Said funds to be paid to <strong>the</strong><br />

<strong>Hampton</strong> Beach Area Chamber <strong>of</strong> Commerce.<br />

<strong>Hampton</strong> to place on <strong>the</strong> warrant <strong>the</strong> request to support <strong>the</strong> Rockingham<br />
