CRF whose $500,000 was transferred to <strong>the</strong> Trustees in February 1991<br />

upon <strong>Town</strong> Meeting's establishment and appropriation in March 1990.<br />

Invested mainly in U.S. Treasury Bills, <strong>the</strong> CRF was depleted by $74,1 33.72<br />

on October 1 at <strong>the</strong> request <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Board <strong>of</strong> Selectmen, <strong>the</strong> Agent named<br />

by <strong>the</strong> March <strong>Town</strong> Meeting to expend for <strong>the</strong> purposes <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> fund.<br />
