Partner at Wendy Hopkins Family Law Practice LLP since March 2006. After qualifying as a solicitor in 1988, became
a Partner with David and Snape Solicitors Bridgend in 1993 and has been a member of the Law Societies Advanced
Family Law Panel since 2002. Member of Resolution and Accredited Mediator who deals with all aspects of Family
Law including cases with an international element. Fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers since
2009. Many years experience, dealing with all aspects of Family Law including financial matters, divorce, cohabitation
disputes and Children Act cases. Particular experience in acting for and against clients who have their own businesses
both in the UK and abroad. She has experience in dealing with child abduction cases involving both British and
Foreign Nationals.
